This process takes place through the study of taxpayers’ declarations and records.<\/p>\n

Tax Inspection Initiation Process<\/strong> The tax inspection begins with the “Notice to Start Review”. A copy of this notice issued by the examiner shall be given to the person being examined. During the examination, the books and documents of the taxpayers are requested in writing and received with a report. Electronic books and documents are submitted electronically.<\/p>\n

Taxpayer Rights<\/strong> Taxpayers have certain rights during the tax inspection process. During the review, taxpayers can review the draft version of the minutes and voice their objections. In addition, as a result of the tax inspection report, taxpayers can request to be heard at the Report Evaluation Commission.<\/p>\n
