\"E-Ar\u015fivIn today’s article, we will see how we can control the e-archive invoices issued to us electronically. As you know, sometimes invoices are delivered to us late in PDF format or by paper. That’s why it becomes difficult to control the amount errors in the invoices. Especially in Istanbul, you should establish a good communication with your financial advisor and your related personnel so that you can prevent problems before they occur.<\/p>\n

In order to prevent this, we can easily make inquiries in a weekly period by going to the interactive tax office once a week.<\/p>\n

Now let’s see step by step how to do this:<\/p>\n

1.Search interactive tax office ( interaktif vergi dairesi ) on Google, then visit the first site that pops up.<\/p>\n

\"Mali2.When you log in, you will see a section in the lower left part of the site where you need to write your username and password. Here, you are asked for your internet tax office user code and password. After entering these, enter the security code you will see in the lower section. (It gives a new code each time.)<\/p>\n

\"Fatih3.When you log in you will see a space to search in the upper left part of the page. When you type fat here, you will see the text of my e-archive invoices.<\/p>\n

\"\u0130stanbul4.When you log in here, a query screen will appear in the middle of the screen. In this inquiry screen, we can make inquiries within a 1-week period. We select the date range we want to query to cover a period of 1 week and press the query button at the bottom.<\/p>\n

\"Mali5. After making an inquiry, we cannot view the invoice as PDF here, but as I mentioned, you can view the information of the issuing company, the VAT amount and the total amount of the invoice.<\/p>\n

\"MaliFinally, with the communiqu\u00e9 published as of March 1, 2022, the e-archive invoice issuance limit has become 2,000 TL for taxpayers and 5,000 TL for final consumers. It is obligatory to issue an e-archive invoice for transactions above these amounts.<\/p>\n
