There are two terms on this subject, which we see that are confused with each other a lot.<\/p>\n

Late Charge: COLLECTION PROCEDURE OF PUBLIC RECEIVABLES No. 6183. It is included in the ABOUT LAW. The late fee rate in the current order is 1.6% (1.60%) per month. However, the rates related to debts before 30.12.2019 can be used differently. It is about the taxes that have been accrued and that have been correctly declared but not paid on due date. Amount Not Paid on Due Time (The amount of tax that must be paid on time) Late Interest: If the tax has not been declared correctly, that is, if there is a deficiency in the declaration, it is the interest applied to the difference that will arise when you report it. COLLECTION PROCEDURE OF PUBLIC RECEIVABLES No. 6183 regarding past periods. Interest is applied at the rate of the late fee determined in accordance with the ABOUT LAW.
