For this reason, I consider it necessary to guide and inform our domestic and foreign taxpayers, while carrying out their work carefully and sensitively. For this reason, I must say that this is legally everyone’s right, the system you will query is available to all users. For this, you must create a MERSIS account or log in to MERSIS with your e-government account. Type MERSIS into Google and log in to the first site. When you enter the site, press the Login button at the top right. Log in with e-Government, it will ask you for your TC number and e-government password. After logging in with this information, it will ask you for your e-mail and mobile phone number. After providing this information, a code will be sent to your e-mail. If you click on the link in the mail, your MERSIS account will be approved and you will be able to log in to your account. When you log in, you will see a text such as Central Registry System Application (MERSİS) / Application User, you should click on this text. You will see this screen:
On this screen, you must press the sorgular>firma sorgu button and then the following screen will appear:
After you answer the security question by typing in whichever you know from the Mersis No, Tax No, Title information, you should press the blue Search Company button at the bottom. You will see the information of the company you are querying in the lower left corner, when you click on it, it will bring you the following information:
- Title
- Year of foundation
- Firm Status (Active/Passive)
- Mersis No.
- Tax Office / Tax No
- Trade Register NO
- Firm Type
- the registry of commerce
- City
- Total Capital
- Company Address Information
- Electronic Notification Address
