Our topic today is how to get the Trade Registry Gazette online and approved.
For this, type the Ticaret Sicil into Google and log in to the first site that comes up. You will see the login section at the top right. Log in to the system with E-State and press the İLAN GÖRÜNTÜLEME button on the page that comes up. You will see this page:
Here, select the Trade Registry Office that your company is affiliated with according to the city and district, and type your company’s title or Trade Registry number on the left and press the blue search button on the right.
If your company has had transactions such as address change, capital increase, it may have more than one newspaper. If it has not made any changes, it will only be the founding newspaper. Click on the add to cart button next to which newspaper you would like to receive as approved. After adding it to the cart, you will see that it says SEPETİM(1) on the top of the page, in the section of MY CART, click on this section, and you will see that the newspaper you selected has arrived. Select the Signature Type (Wet Signed or Electronic Signed). Then press the pay button and enter your credit card information. After making the payment, you can check your document in MY REQUESTS and when the document is ready, you can download it under E-Signed Certified Copy.
